Delivers unique visualization software for government
Vancouver, BC and Fairfax, VA, May 27, 2003 - Antarctica Systems Inc., a pioneer in the development of visualization technology, today announced it has signed a partnership with MANDEX, Inc., a 29 year provider of Information Technology (IT), engineering and integration services and products to federal agencies and commercial clients, to promote Antarctica's Visual NetTM software to the federal government. "We are extremely pleased to be working with Antarctica Systems," says Martin Artiano, Senior VP Corporate Development and Operations of MANDEX. "There is a pressing need for solutions that can clearly and effectively present the volume and complexity of critical information dealt with by federal agencies. We believe that Visual Net successfully addresses that challenge while at the same time improving accessibility." Visual Net provides a better way to view and interact with large information repositories. Visual Net uses advanced visualization technologies to create and display maps that intuitively guide users to relevant information, allowing organizations to make better use of existing investments in knowledge management and business intelligence systems. MANDEX has received encouraging feedback about Visual Net after successful demonstrations to the Department of Defense advanced system project engineers. They look forward to a near-term opportunity to demonstrate and assess Visual Net in an operational environment. "Over the last 6 months we've seen a significant increase in interest from government for our Visual Net software," states Barry Yates, President and CEO of Antarctica Systems. "With their experience and in-depth knowledge of working with government, MANDEX is a welcome partner to help Antarctica expand its reach into this market." About MANDEX
